Alice was born and reared in upper-East Tennessee. As a small child, she developed a deep appreciation for the beauty around her and began her artistic endeavors.

After experimenting with many forms of media, watercolors became her love.

Alice is basically self-taught. She has taken a few classes with local artists in Tennessee and Delaware. She also enjoys sharing her watercolor abilities with others and has taught classes in her home and at the Dover Art League.

Alice's originals and giclée prints are on display at the Dover Art League in Dover, Delaware and Angelucci's Artist Gallery in Milford, Delaware. She has been a featured artist and her works have been published. 

Alice makes her home in Dover, Delaware with husband, Ray "Kobi" Kobialka. She is the proud mother of two and grandmother of three. She finds great peace and joy in her painting and hopes her works convey these feelings to her viewers.
